3 Easy Steps

1 – Go to and sign up for a free account.  This is a planning app that we will be using in the class quite a bit so the sooner you get comfortable with it, the better.  Explore, create a board and some lists, take a look around.  You will soon receive a personalized link to our class board, make sure to go there and introduce yourself to the group.

2. Learn about buyer personas by watching the video below.  It is very important that you watch the video BEFORE you fill out your buyer persona form.

3. Create one buyer persona using the form at the bottom of this page.  You only need to fill out one – based on your market segment (business to business or business to consumer). We will refer to this persona often in this class so spend a little time being as thorough as possible.

Who is Your Ideal Customer?

Based on your client type, you will want to fill out either the B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) buyer persona.  Though similar, some of the specifics vary.  For example, if you sell to corporate groups, then the B2B is your answer.  If you sell to brides, or family reunions, then the B2C is your answer.  You will find both forms below.  For class, you only need to fill out one buyer persona.
